Thank you for shopping with RealDeal Athletics. We take pride in offering high-quality athletic gear. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene, athletic use, and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Photos of the damaged item

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund depending on the situation.
3. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
RealDeal Athletics is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Missing apartment number or unit
- Customer moving after placing order
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — the customer must cover the new shipping cost.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped and marked as Delivered by the carrier, RealDeal Athletics is not responsible for stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors/household members
- Verify the address entered
- Contact your local post office
We will help file a claim if needed, but refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing or been shipped.
